Wecome to Yoga by Charlie.

I started practising Ashtanga yoga in 2013 and since then have travelled the world practising with and learning from some very inspiring teachers including Sarah Hatcher, Kino MacGregor,David Garrigues, Matthew Sweeney and Bharath Shetty.

Yoga has changed my life in so many ways and I continue to love and be inspired by the practice every day.

Anybody and any body can practice yoga. Whether you are a total beginner or a serious athlete, male or female, young or old. Yoga can help to improve strength, flexibility, muscle tone and balance as well as decrease stress and anxiety levels.
